Shipping policy

At Lines Of White, we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

1. Order processing

All of our items are made to order. This means your order will usually go through a production stage before it is dispatched.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but please allow a little extra time during busy periods, new drops, promotions, and around public holidays.

2. Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

Please note that this is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, high order volumes, weather conditions, bank holidays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

4. Split shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on availability, packaging, or fulfilment arrangements. If this happens, you will not be charged extra shipping beyond what was shown at checkout.

5. Delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not claimed, we may be able to resend it, but additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at info@linesofwhite.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is available, it will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

8. Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, industrial action, customs or transport issues, or seasonal demand.
